California State University, Fresno seeks an Associate Vice President/Deputy CIO to lead the IT organization and drive the technology strategy in alignment with university priorities. This senior role requires broad executive leadership, governance, and cross-functional collaboration across academic and administrative units.

Responsibilities include overseeing operations, driving portfolio prioritization, and delivering measurable value through technology initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible leadership experience in technology.
• Proven experience leading large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
• ITIL Foundations certification required at minimum.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership continuity for the IT division and act as senior adviser to the VP/CIO.
• Drive technology strategy, governance, and portfolio prioritization across the university.
• Oversee IT operations, capacity planning, and stakeholder engagement.
