Job summary

Hallmark Financial Services, Inc. AVP, Commercial Lines Sales & Marketing leads the sales and marketing strategy to expand distribution by recruiting and appointing strong Commercial P&C agencies.

This role oversees the Sales & Marketing team, partners across departments, and drives profitable growth in targeted markets. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, experience in Commercial Lines sales, and familiarity with Salesforce and CPCU/ARM designations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Commercial Lines sales and marketing with a proven track record.
• Continuing education with CPCU or ARM or similar designations preferred.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and Commercial P&C products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales and marketing activities to promote the brand and appetite.
• Recruit, appoint, and manage commercial P&C agencies and leadership relationships.
• Monitor appointments, onboarding, and production in Salesforce.
• Lead agency management, performance reviews, and engagement of new agents.
