Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust in Missouri is seeking an AVP of Loan Documentation to lead the Commercial Loan Documentation team, ensuring accurate, compliant documentation and smooth workflow with Units, Regions and outside counsel.

You will review packages, train staff, and coordinate with Loan Operations, Compliance/Legal, and Coordinators to maintain quality and regulatory standards. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and several years in loan documentation is required.

Qualifications

High School Diploma.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Six to Eight years loan documentation experience, specializing in Commercial Loans.
Three to Five years management experience.
Strong knowledge of Commercial Loan collateral requirements.

Responsibilities

Monitor team performance and workflow to maintain service level agreements.
Review loan documents to ensure terms meet approvals.
Ensure transactions comply with regulations and provide staff training.
Perform monthly quality control reviews per bank policies.
Provide technical expertise and collaborate with Loan Operations, Coordinators, and Compliance/Legal.
Communicate regulatory/procedure changes to the team and coordinators.
Handle complex commercial loan documentation.
Prepare new and renewal loan documents.
Provide training as needed.
Assist with special projects and system updates.
Perform other duties as assigned.
