Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust in Farmington, MO is seeking an AVP, Loan Documentation to lead the Commercial Loan Documentation team. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate workflow with Units and Regions, and ensure documentation packages are accurate and compliant with Federal regulations.

The role requires extensive experience in commercial loan documentation, strong people-management skills, and the ability to train staff while maintaining quality control and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Six to Eight years loan documentation experience, specializing in Commercial Loans.
• Three to Five years management experience
• Strong knowledge of Commercial Loan collateral requirements
• Experience with regulatory compliance in loan documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance of the Commercial Loan Documentation team and manage workflow to maintain service levels.
• Review loan documents prepared in the system or by outside counsel to ensure terms meet the Approval.
• Ensure transactions comply with regulations and industry standards; provide staff training.
• Conduct a monthly quality control review per bank policies and requirements.
• Provide technical expertise and collaborate with Loan Operations, Loan Coordinators, and Compliance/Legal teams.
• Prepare new and renewal loan documents and update the system as needed.
• Assist with special projects and system enhancements.
