Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 15+ years progressive applications and leadership experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end clinical software initiatives.
• Strong collaboration with clinical staff to gather requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle management of clinical application solutions, including strategic planning, development, testing, configuration, optimization and implementation.
• Drive end-to-end activities for assigned solution portfolios, ensuring high-performance outcomes and stakeholder alignment.
• Provide leadership and oversight for teams managing clinical systems (e.g., Epic modules), ensuring integration across departments.
