You will direct work plans, manage vendors, and oversee large-scale initiatives across development, staging, and production environments. Responsibilities include building advanced test strategies with automation, defining technology standards, and ensuring timelines and quality metrics are met.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of applications build, implementation and support experience.
• 7 years progressive experience in Information Services or healthcare operations.
• Experience with large hospital/IDN IT projects and vendor management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic technical solution design aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Direct the creation of comprehensive work plans with timelines.
• Ensure proper vendor management to meet service levels.
• Lead small to medium projects and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop and validate complex test strategies with automation and performance benchmarks.
