Job summary

Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to design, develop, implement, and manage clinical software applications used across healthcare settings.

You will translate clinical workflows into system configurations, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize workflows to enhance patient care. This role involves leading end-to-end lifecycle management of clinical solutions, overseeing teams and multiple modules (Epic and related systems), and partnering with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 15+ years progressive applications and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle management of clinical application solutions—including strategic planning, development, testing, configuration, optimization, and implementation.
• Drive end-to-end activities for assigned solution portfolios, ensuring high-performance outcomes and alignment with organizational goals.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating on governance committees to prioritize projects and workloads.
• Promote consistent use of tools, workflows, and platforms, advocating for industry best practices and innovative solutions to enhance patient and user experience.
• Provide leadership and oversight for teams managing clinical systems (e.g., Epic modules, ancillary applications), ensuring integration and optimization across departments.
