Job summary

RTX is hiring for an onsite electronics technician in Melbourne, FL. You will follow schematics and procedures to test and validate electronic assemblies, document results, and ensure quality standards are met. The role requires a HS diploma or GED with 2 years of related experience, U.S.

citizenship, and basic troubleshooting skills. You will work with SAP and test equipment, train team members, and collaborate across groups to meet deadlines and support continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 2 years relevant experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required for program access.
• 1+ year experience in basic component level troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Follow blueprints/diagrams to meet product specifications and tolerances.
• Perform functional testing per pre-established procedures.
• Record test data and monitor equipment during tests.
• Document acceptance or failure results.
• Proficiently use SAP and other work instructions.
• Train others for technical tasks as needed.
• Interface with other groups to resolve business issues.
