Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience leading projects.
• Broad knowledge across systems, mechanical, electrical, or software disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead project technical execution and monitor performance metrics.
• Manage project scope and change requests.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with dependencies and critical path.
• Apply Earned Value methods to manage budget and schedule.
• Ensure projects meet quality expectations.
• Prepare presentations reporting status to leadership.
