These roles focus on avionics system design, integration, verification, and sustaining across multiple platforms in an Agile environment.

The team collaborates with systems, software, integration, and test engineering to deliver high-quality avionics solutions onsite in Cedar Rapids.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree with 10+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Experience with avionics user interfaces and CONOPS is required.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support development and verification of avionics system requirements and behaviours.
• Contribute to architecture, interface, and system design discussions for next-gen flight deck capabilities.
• Create, update, and execute verification artifacts such as test procedures and test cases.
• Investigate defects, analyze system behavior, and support root-cause activities during integration and test.
• Collaborate with systems, software, integration, and test engineers to deliver avionics solutions.
• Communicate status, risks, and questions proactively to team members.
