Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree with 5+ years experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• 5+ years hardware development or subsystem hardware experience (hardware architecture, HW–SW interface, requirements, integration, verification).
• Experience with ARP4754A, DO-254, DO-160 or similar preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across functional teams in a fast-paced, highly regulated domain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and decompose system-level requirements into subsystem and hardware requirements.
• Support architecture definition, interface control development, and technical trades across Boeing Platforms product lines.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, FPGA, systems integration, safety and project engineering teams.
• Prepare and communicate clear technical documentation and engineering artifacts.
• Travel 10-15% as needed.
