GE Aerospace is seeking a Sr Sales Director to lead sales and business development for Avionics, focusing on military markets and OEMs. You will identify growth opportunities, shape requirements, and drive complex capture efforts, with potential national and international exposure.

This individual contributor role prefers Grand Rapids, MI, but US-wide remote work may be considered for qualified candidates; travel 25%–40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; 5+ years in BD, Capture, Sales, or DoD domains.
• Active US Government security clearance preferred; U.S. citizenship required if clearance not current.
• Experience leading aerospace/defense OEM and DoD pursuits and captures is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional campaigns and pursuits for Avionics programs across military and adjacent markets.
• Establish win strategy, price-to-win, and value proposition for each pursuit.
• Create and execute detailed capture plans with customer contact plans and milestones.
• Build relationships with DoD customers and aircraft OEMs at all levels.
• Lead cross-functional capture teams and internal capture reviews; manage proposals and negotiations.
