Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Sr Services Leader for Military Avionics at the Grand Rapids facility. You will own end-to-end military services, including Orders, Revenue, Operating Margin, and Cash, while shaping strategy and driving performance across airframers, militaries, and depots.

The role requires leading a ~20-person team, collaborating with Operations and Supply Chain, and applying an AI-savvy mindset to improve operations and outcomes. Travel globally as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Avionics and/or Aerospace systems.
• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management and/or Program Management.
• At least 5 years of experience directly leading people.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategies to deliver Orders, Revenue, Operating Margin, and Cash to budget and forecast.
• Build operating cadences for fast decision making and issue resolution.
• Grow the global Avionics military aftermarket portfolio and pipeline.
• Own key customer relationships across airframers, primes, militaries, and depots.
• Lead negotiations to hit business-case objectives while maintaining satisfaction and retention.
• Deliver on commitments across Spares, Repairs, NPI, Obsolescence Refresh and Sustaining Engineering, and PBL.
• Collaborate across Avionics sites to ensure alignment and on-time delivery of complex service offerings.
• Lead a global organization of ~20 people for operational excellence and succession planning.
• Create differentiated customer value with aftermarket solutions aligned to customer priorities.
• Lead NPI and through-life support for legacy and emerging technologies.
