Responsabilidades

• Lead Avionics engineering program cost, scope, and schedule.
• Assess and drive milestone achievement.
• Strategy development for the program.
• Early problem detection and course correction.
• Annual Operating Plan development.
• Manage short and long term staffing needs.
• Involvement with program pursuits and launches.
• Manage Program Metrics.
