Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM and 8+ years of flight avionics experience.
• Advanced degree may substitute for experience: Master’s = 2 years; Ph.D. = 4 years.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Guide a team through hardware systems lifecycle stages (designs, analysis).
• Architect new electronic systems and document subsystem requirements/test plans.
• Mentor and be mentored within a Missile Systems program.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and multi-disciplinary teams.
