RTX, the world's leading aerospace and defense company, is seeking an Electrical Systems Engineer for the Advanced Effector Guidance Systems team in Tucson. You will contribute to missile guidance hardware, RF/DIgital electronics, and power systems, working across multiple programs.

The role requires a B.S. in STEM and 8+ years of flight avionics experience, with an active DoD Secret clearance. On-site work, travel, and collaboration with government customers are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) required.
• Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship required for clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop electrical hardware for missile guidance and avionics.
• Lead cross-functional teams through hardware design lifecycle.
• Perform requirements validation and test planning; conduct peer reviews.
• Travel as needed, domestic and international.
