Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret Clearance
• 15+ years hardware architecture experience or 17+ years with Bachelor's
• Proven background as hardware architect for flight-worthy electronics
• Experience with MIL-STD-461/704/1472/IPC 620/IPC 630

Responsibilities

• Architect, lead, and deliver avionics and LRUs for missiles, UAVs, and launch platforms.
• Oversee power distribution networks, PCBA layouts, and high-speed interfaces (PCIe, RF modems).
• Lead IPTs across electronics, cabling, grounding, and bonding with external subcontractors.
• Translate military standards into hardware requirements and support schedule estimates for EVM and proposals.
• Lead test planning, environmental tests, HWIL integration, and launch-readiness actions.
