Southwest Research Institute's Tactical Aerospace division seeks an experienced systems engineer to architect and lead multi-partition avionics LRUs within an ARINC 653 environment. You will guide cross-disciplinary teams through the full development cycle, from requirements to flight test, coordinating with customers and management.

The role involves lab and flight-test integration, mentoring engineers, and supporting fielded systems and proposals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent engineering degree.
• 8+ years designing embedded architecture in RTOS multi-partition, multi-criticality environments.
• Experience with RTOS environments (Green Hills or DDC-I DEOS) and LDRA.
• Experience with C/C++.
• 2-5 years leading development and test engineering teams to meet program needs.
• Experience with hardware/software integration and debugging in a lab environment.
• A valid/clear driver's license is required.
