Qualifications

• Must have thorough knowledge of aircraft systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance records.
• FAA A&P license or ability to obtain repairman certificate within 30 days.
• FCC license or NCATT certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, and completes tasks to meet the master schedule.
• Coordinates Electrical and Avionics activities to meet aircraft schedules and deadlines.
• supervises technicians with technical guidance and proper procedures.
• Maintains safety programs and logs in hangar environment.
• Keeps knowledge of ASC, bulletins, inspection schedules and vendor info.
• Adapts to sudden schedule changes and coordinates with other disciplines.
