Qualifications

• 2 years experience on large/mid-size aircraft.
• 8 years avionics/electrical career field; or 2 years accredited schooling in aviation electronics and 6 years related experience.
• FAA A&P license or ability to obtain repairman certificate within 30 days of start date.
• FCC license or NCATT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, and completes tasks on work authorizations to meet the master schedule.
• Coordinates Electrical and Avionics activities to meet aircraft schedules and deadlines.
• Supervises electrical technicians with guidance on troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Maintains preventive maintenance program on test equipment and tools.
• Ensures compliance with Site Procedures, FARs, and inspections.
• Enforces safety programs, logs, and records; supports lean thinking.
