Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years relevant experience or a related Advanced Degree with at least 5 years experience
• Proven leadership in certified flight deck display development
• Strong background in technical project management, including schedule management, EVM, and risk management
• Expertise in avionics regulatory and certification requirements (TSO, DO-160, DO-254, DO-178B/C)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage display product development programs, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and technical performance goals
• Provide technical and project management leadership across hardware, systems, and software engineering teams
• Act as the single point of contact for engineering, ensuring technical execution aligns with program and customer expectations
• Drive program planning and execution, including pursuit, bidding, risk management, and customer technical presentations
