AIRO Group Holdings, Inc. seeks an Avionics & Electrical Engineering Lead to architect mission-critical flight hardware for UAVs.

You will lead end-to-end electrical architecture, rapid prototyping, and integration from concept to field deployment, mentoring a growing engineering team in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will design high-performance PCBs, integrate UAS avionics, and oversee RF, power, and sensors integration, enabling rugged, flight-ready systems for defense and commercial

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering; 8+ years embedded systems
• Experience with Altium multi-layer PCBA layouts and high-speed digital
• Ultra-low-noise avionics and high-integrity payload bus integration
• High-power systems design including BMS and ESCs
• EMI/EMC mitigation and safety for harsh environments
• Lab instrumentation and test automation experience
• Proven rapid prototyping through flight testing and field deployments

Responsibilities

• Design & Lay Out High-Performance PCBs for high-speed circuits
• Architect & Integrate UAS avionics with controllers, power, sensors
• Rapidly prototype hardware on the bench to accelerate development
• Troubleshoot hardware-software faults with lab tools
• Conduct environmental and flight qualification testing
• Support field tests and live deployments with telemetry analysis
