Job summary

AV is seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and maintain electrical control systems for small unmanned aircraft vehicles. You will select components based on specifications, conduct detailed design and testing, and contribute to reliability and sustainability of UAV subsystems.

The role involves coordinating with avionics, embedded systems, and RF teams, performing complex design decisions, and supporting flight test operations. On-site role with travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related required.
• Minimum of 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient with office software and PCB-related tools.

Responsibilities

• Operates CAD/engineering software to perform tasks.
• Coordinates manufacturing, installation, and testing activities.
• Inspects installations for conformance to specs and safety standards.
• Supports flight test operations and UAV subsystems integration.
• Troubleshoots complex systems and documents designs.
