Qualifications

• 10+ years of scheduling experience, including 5+ years on active construction projects.
• PSP certification or other relevant licensure.
• Aviation/airport project experience.
• Experience scheduling large-scale projects in the $300M–$1B range.
• Ability to report using earned value metrics.

Responsibilities

• Review contractor baseline schedules for conformance to plans, WBS, logic, critical path, and resource loading.
• Review monthly updates to identify logic changes and variances impacting duration.
• Attend weekly meetings and monitor 3-week look-ahead schedules for accuracy.
• Maintain owner shadow and as-built schedules to forecast delays and analyze contractor updates.
• Evaluate TIAs and provide time-extension recommendations.
• Prepare what-if analyses for additional work or re-sequencing.
• Develop and analyze time-phased schedules with man-hour and cost loading.
• Produce progress reports and briefing materials for management.
