Qualifications

• B.S. in construction management/science, engineering, or related field is required.
• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training (may obtain within first year).
• Proficient in project management software.
• Proficient with cost projection, scheduling, financial analysis, budget reviews and labor reports.
• Ability to build and manage multiple high performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a major construction project by planning, scheduling and coordinating all phases of the project.
• Organizes and manages a large project staff where the duties of PMs and superintendents are divided among employee-owners.
• Preconstruction inputs: assist with plan development, value engineering and preliminary budget estimates.
