Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Aviation Senior Program Manager to lead major Texas airport development and capital improvement programs. Based in Austin, TX, you will provide strategic direction, oversight, and leadership for complex aviation initiatives across planning, design, and construction.

You will work with airport authorities, multidisciplinary teams, and external stakeholders to drive program execution, mitigate risks, and align with client objectives, delivering high-visibility

Qualifications

• 12+ years of program or project management experience in aviation infrastructure, incl. 4 years of leadership.
• Ability to pass airport-specific background checks and obtain badges/clearances.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full aviation program lifecycle across planning, design, procurement and construction.
• Provide executive-level leadership and strategic direction to technical teams.
• Establish governance, reporting and performance metrics for multiple projects.
• Coordinate with airport authorities, regulators and key stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, risks and change control to ensure program success.
