Job summary

HNTB is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead a complex aviation program, delivering multiple projects with strong leadership across teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has extensive aviation program experience, proven people leadership, and the ability to navigate a complex program environment with senior government and client interactions. This role requires in-office presence in New York and dispersion across program activities.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership across multi-project programs.
• Aviation program or project experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work across client, consultant and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the client’s agent delivering PMC services across planning, risk management, procurement and operations.
• Routinely resolve issues with significant financial impact and assess risk for the client.
• Identify opportunities to expand HNTB’s presence and revenue in PMC market.
• Build industry reputation and maintain relationships with clients and industry orgs.
• Interact with senior officials and clients on significant program matters.
