Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a Project Director to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex aviation development projects from initiation through closeout. You will own scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk management, and contractual compliance while coordinating with clients, teams, regulators, and contractors to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible experience in project management in aviation.
• Experience managing complex aviation projects with landside scope.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with PM software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and transitions across disciplines.
• Manage risk, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout delivery.
• Serve as primary client liaison and oversee contracts, claims, and vendor relationships.
