Precision Aviation Group is seeking a General Manager to oversee the Camarillo, CA MRO operations, ensuring on-time maintenance, safety, quality and cost control. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and partner with sales, supply chain and quality to meet company goals.

JOB PURPOSE
The General Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the growth and profitability of PAG companies by facilitating various operational activities, managing internal teams and external partners. This position is responsible for overseeing all the daily operations of the assigned facility, leading a team to ensure all Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) occurs on schedule, while maintaining exceptional quality, containing labor and inventory costs and availability. They will review and improve the facility effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees and establishing a highly motivated work environment. This role involves working with other PAG leaders and our partners to develop and implement key initiatives to align with the company's strategic objectives.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education/Training: High School diploma or equivalent required. Post-secondary education, technical school or multiple years’ experience preferred.
Experience: This position requires a strong background in management in an aviation, MRO or aviation production facility of a similar size, preferably of at least ten years, with at least five years in management.
Compensation: $180k-$205k annual base salary, plus eligibility for performance- based incentive compensation. Base salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
