Job summary

HII Mission Technologies, Corpus Christi, TX, seeks a Senior Aviation Maintenance Specialist to provide technical and logistical support for MAD, AFLCMC, and RED programs. The role covers aviation logistics, parts management, and reporting for rotary and unmanned systems.

You will support leadership with analysis, engineering repair development, and COSIS material control while maintaining DoD secret clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• 9 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's in a related field; 7 years with a Masters; 11 years with an Associate; or 13 years with a high school diploma.
• Proficient in managing work in progress, material availability, data analysis, logistics challenges and reporting.
• Familiarity with Aviation Logistics Management processes, requirements and standards.
• Security Clearance: DoD Secret is required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and logistical support for MAD, AFLCMC, and RED programs.
• Support RED and AFLO leadership with expert advice, analysis, and technical guidance on aviation logistics.
• Manage aircraft parts and COSIS stock to avoid wasteful replacements and support overhaul lines.
• Handle incoming/outgoing parts processing, receiving, shipping and reporting.
• Provide analytical and logistics support for engineering repair development and advanced manufacturing projects.
• All candidates will be subject to a pre-employment background investigation and drug screening.
