HII Mission Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Manager to support the Department of State’s INL/A Aviation Program. This role provides comprehensive leadership over aircraft maintenance, engineering sustainment, technical oversight, and maintenance production management for a diverse fleet of fixed and rotary wing aircraft operating globally in challenging environments.
Maintenance management activities are primarily executed from Patrick Air Force Base, Florida, with required travel to OCONUS locations supporting INL/A operational sites.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned aviation maintenance professional with significant experience in aircraft sustainment, depot level maintenance, configuration management, technical compliance, and management of large, multinational maintenance workforces. This leader must be capable of integrating maintenance operations with flight operations, logistics, and engineering to ensure maximum aircraft availability and safe mission execution.
May be required to visit job site in an industrial or shipboard environment. Normally not required to lift more than 40 pounds higher than three feet above feet/floor level.
