Job summary
HII Mission Technologies seeks a seasoned Maintenance Manager to lead aviation maintenance, engineering sustainment, and production management for a global fixed/rotary wing fleet. Primarily based at Patrick Air Force Base, Florida, with travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations supporting INL/A operations.
The ideal leader has extensive aircraft sustainment experience, depot maintenance knowledge, configuration management, and cross-functional leadership to maximize aircraft availability and safe
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in aircraft maintenance and sustainment.
- Experience managing multinational maintenance workforces.
- Strong knowledge of FAA/OEM/MIL standards and compliance requirements.
- Ability to coordinate across engineering, logistics, safety, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate all levels of aircraft maintenance per OEM, military and INL/A standards.
- Oversee maintenance programs for aircraft, major components, subsystems, ASE, and avionics.
- Ensure compliance with DA PAM 738-750/751 and DoS/INL maintenance directives.
- Lead maintenance planning, scheduling, and life-limited components forecasting.
- Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, IT, and Program Management for mission support.
- Provide technical recommendations to improve fleet readiness and modernization initiatives.
