Job summary

Menzies Aviation in Sacramento is seeking a seasoned supervisor to oversee Fuel Farm Operations, including inbound pipelines, storage tanks, and quality inspections. You will ensure compliance with airline, regulatory, and company standards while assisting the General Manager as needed.

You will train staff, coordinate shift coverage, support audits, manage safety, environmental and security procedures, and collaborate with upstream shippers and airside teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and able to obtain necessary airport clearances.
• Experience supervising fuel/facility operations and staff.
• Strong understanding of safety, regulatory and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Fuel Farm Operations: inbound pipeline, storage tanks, quality inspections.
• Train and mentor staff; coordinate shift coverage and escalate issues to GM.
• Lead audits and ensure compliance with airline, FAA, and company rules.
• Coordinate with upstream shippers and airside teams to minimize downtime and incidents.
