Job summary

Menzies Aviation in Sacramento, CA seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform periodic maintenance and inspections on fuel handling equipment, pumps, valves, tanks and related electrical systems. You will diagnose and repair issues, ensure safety, quality workmanship and compliance with airline regulations.

The role requires a High School diploma and 3+ years of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting/repair.
• Experience with aviation fuel handling equipment preferred.
• Ability to read and follow safety procedures and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform periodic maintenance and inspections on fuel handling equipment, pumps, valves, tanks and related electrical systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and perform repairs or coordinate external support as needed.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time and in compliance with airline regulations and CLTFUEL guidelines.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory of parts and tools.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Manager, Facility Manager and contractors as required.
