Job summary

Menzies Aviation in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Training and Compliance Manager to lead field station training for Fuel Farm operations, delivering classroom and hands-on instruction and promoting safety. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Training administration experience in Aircraft Fueling and/or Fuel Farm.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Experience designing and leading web meetings, LMS and event platforms.
• Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office and LMS tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong team management, collaboration and facilitation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and manuals.
• Ability to write technical reports and correspondence.
• Knowledge of FAA, NFPA 407, OSHA standards and related regulations.

• Update, design and develop training and management programs to support operational plans and objectives.
• Oversee, maintain and update training programs for all operation levels.
• Design content to educate, engage and inspire employees.
• Use training metrics to build programs and perform gaps analysis.
• Generate, compile and maintain training statistics.
• Develop and roll out manager-in-training program and measure learning outcomes.
• Model company values including safety, respect and inclusion.
• Ensure training meets customer service standards and company policies.
• Liaise with Ops and training stakeholders to identify opportunities and workforce needs.
