Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking a Fueler Supervisor to lead daily aircraft fueling operations and manage a team of fuelers. You will coordinate fueling schedules, monitor inventory, and ensure safety and accuracy in fueling transactions.

This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. Nights and weekends may be required; FAA and TSA credentials as applicable.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Ability to access information print/electronic; use tablets, computers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fueling staff and fuel trucks, farm, and related equipment.
• Safely conduct fueling operations and maintain safety standards.
• Maintain accurate fueling transaction records.
• Perform daily equipment quality control inspections.
• Utilize fuel trucks and carts to refuel aircraft; ensure proper loading/balancing.
• Address issues during fueling operations and report to management.
