Job summary

Regional One Inc. is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee all aviation-related contracts, including leases and service agreements.

You will coordinate with Legal, Finance, Commercial, and Technical teams to ensure documents are accurate, compliant, and well maintained. Responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and documenting agreements; managing contract lifecycles, renewals, and amendments; and ensuring audit readiness across contract systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of contract management experience, preferably in aviation or legal environments.
• 4+ years in drafting and negotiating complex contracts.
• Experience coordinating with Legal, Finance, Commercial and Technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate aviation and commercial contracts; ensure accuracy and timely completion.
