Job summary

Regional One, Inc. seeks a Contracts Manager to oversee aviation-related contracts from drafting to execution. You will coordinate with Legal, Finance, Commercial, and Technical teams to ensure compliant, timely completions of leases, service agreements, and related documents.

The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and experience managing complex contract portfolios in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of contract management experience, with aviation knowledge preferred.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work across Legal, Finance, Commercial, and Technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate aviation and commercial contracts.
• Oversee contract templates, legal correspondence, and closing deliverables.
• Manage lifecycle of leases and service agreements, including renewals and renewals terms.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and timely executions.
• Maintain accurate contract records and audit readiness.
