Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressively responsible construction industry experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification or ability to obtain within established timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from preconstruction through closeout, including planning and scheduling.
• Oversee subcontractor coordination, field planning, logistics, procurement, and sequencing.
• Champion construction safety, quality, scheduling, and risk management initiatives across projects.
• Develop long-term client relationships and lead initiatives that improve project delivery and profitability.
