Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a senior project leader to oversee one or more projects from preconstruction through closeout in the Aviation division. You will lead teams, coordinate with clients and design professionals, and drive new business opportunities while managing budgets and schedules.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree plus eighteen years of related experience, with strong knowledge of cost, scheduling, estimating, and procurement, and proficiency in BIM and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with 18+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and close deals in the regional market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with computer applications including MS Office.
• Advanced presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and design community to drive new business.
• Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and pricing decisions.
• Oversee master project schedule and budget/financial management for all projects.
• Ensure QA/QC and safety protocols are enforced.
• Mentor and develop project staff and foster high-performance teams.
