Job summary

National Capitol Contracting, LLC is hiring an AV/UC Support Specialist in Washington, D.C. to deliver direct customer service and technology support for guests, users, and executive staff. The role involves hands-on AV and VTC maintenance, event setup, and after-hours coverage to meet client SLAs.

The position requires strong Zoom and MS Teams experience, Crestron Toolbox proficiency, and a comfort level with rapid escalation and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Zoom Communication products and MS Teams services.
• Excellent knowledge and experience with Crestron Toolbox.
• Experience with Tier 2 support and resolving issues promptly.
• Ability to understand and communicate with clients regarding AV systems and issues.

Responsibilities

• Performs moderately complex technical functions in support of audio visual and video teleconferencing infrastructure.
• Setup and breakdown of all special events/corporate meetings.
• Daily system testing to ensure equipment and room functionality.
• Provides tier 2/3 support and after-hours coverage to meet SLAs.
• Maintains knowledge of AV technologies and documentation requirements.
• Test new software releases for AV devices to ensure interoperability.
