Job summary

Phoenix Children’s is seeking an Audiovisual Technician III to lead enterprise AV systems, designing, implementing, administering and supporting complex AV technologies while establishing standards and guiding projects.

The role also involves mentoring staff, troubleshooting video conferencing platforms (Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms), managing networked AV gear, and ensuring reliable operations with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, broadcasting, video, film, or related field or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on AV systems experience.
• Experience troubleshooting complex AV systems and video conferencing platforms (Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms).
• Knowledge of network protocols (LAN/WAN/Wireless).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
