Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Broadcasting, video, film, or related field OR 5+ years of AV experience.
• 5-7 years of experience with diverse AV systems and equipment.
• Experience with MS Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and integrated AV control systems.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Mentorship or training experience with AV staff or end users.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AV deployments and coordinate vendors/contractors.
• Design integrated AV systems and program control systems.
• Test, validate, and QA hardware/software prior to deployment.
• Mentor Levels I and II and develop training materials.
• Develop project documentation and standards.
