Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, CS, or ME (new grads welcome).
• Proficiency in CAD/AutoCAD and related design tools.
• Experience with the design and installation of professional audio, video, network and lighting systems.

Responsibilities

• Design audio, video, lighting, and acoustical systems aligned with customer specifications and profitability goals.
• Prepare submittal drawings and engineering data, including designs for custom enclosures, consoles, and installation instructions.
• Test and evaluate system performance to ensure quality and alignment with design standards.
• Explain technical details clearly for customers, sales teams, and Installation Technicians.
• Document customer and vendor interactions with dates, names, and concise summaries.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Job Superintendents to prioritize quality control and installation guidance.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment across divisions and profit centers.
