Job summary

As a Technical I-III level technician, you will perform break-fix, preventive maintenance, and warranty support; troubleshoot control systems, DSPs, switching, and networked devices; document work and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supporting commercial AV systems.
• Able to perform preventive maintenance and basic break-fix activities with guidance.
• Familiar with standard conference room technologies and common AV hardware.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot AV faults across control systems, DSP, switching, and conferencing.
• Perform reactive break-fix and preventative maintenance per manufacturer guidance.
• Document service work with test results and photos.
• Communicate system status and next steps to customer stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors and RMAs when escalating issues.
• Verify system operation after repairs and conduct testing.
