Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Project Manager to oversee AVE projects, coordinating scope, schedule and budget while ensuring client satisfaction. You will lead communications and manage multiple stakeholders across engineering, CAD, and programming teams, maintaining schedules and quality.

A background in commercial AV installations and strong leadership are required. Expect a collaborative environment with travel to job sites, opportunity to develop processes, and a focus on delivering complex AV

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a project manager with familiarity with audio/video systems in commercial contexts.
• Familiarity with AV systems installations and knowledge of low‑voltage electrical projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Supervisory and people skills.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical, political and people‑related problems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scope, schedule, cost, quality and client satisfaction across AVE projects.
• Lead project communications, scheduling, and deliverables with engineering, CAD and programming teams.
• Coordinate and communicate all project activities to ensure on‑time, on‑budget completion.
• Develop strong client relationships and serve as primary interface to the client.
• Provide leadership, ownership, and accountability for assigned projects.
