Job summary
Production Access Group in Lake Forest, CA seeks an Integration Manager / Technical Lead for commercial AV and low‑voltage projects. This hands-on role requires field presence, coordination with subcontractors, and ensuring installation quality and system readiness.

Qualifications
- Commercial AV or low-voltage integration experience.
- Hands-on installation and troubleshooting background.
- Working knowledge of QSYS, Biamp, Extron (minor DSP edits).
- Commercial networking knowledge (Netgear or equivalent).
- Structured cabling systems.
Responsibilities
- Enforce installation and quality standards across all field work.
- Serve as technical escalation point for technicians and subcontractors.
- Provide design and engineering support as needed for install execution.
- Verify job readiness (materials, drawings, scope, site conditions).
- Oversee warehouse staging, material accuracy, and returns.
- Track daily field completions and open punch list items.
- Own closeout documentation, as-builts, labeling, and system acceptance.
- Support commissioning and final system verification.
- Identify field issues impacting margin and escalated appropriately.
