IMS Technology Services LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and closeout of complex audiovisual and videoconferencing projects. This role serves as the primary client contact, aligning internal and external stakeholders to a single delivery plan and ensuring margin and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

7+ years of project management experience in audiovisual or related technical delivery environments.
Experience managing multiple concurrent complex projects with a ~-$5M annual portfolio.
Strong reading and reconciliation of proposals, contracts, scopes, drawings, and bills of material.
Financial management including budgets, forecasting, change orders, and billing milestones.
Proven ability to lead clients, subcontractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead an annual project portfolio of approximately $5 million, balancing workload, commitments, and cash flow.
Oversee end-to-end delivery from internal handoff through installation, training, turnover, and closeout.
Build and maintain project plans, schedules, dependencies, resources, and recovery plans; track status and risks.
Manage budgets, labor, material, and subcontractor costs; monitor margin and forecast-to-complete.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain a single accountable delivery plan; ensure client satisfaction.
