Job summary

Evntiv, LLC is seeking a Technical Manager in St. Louis to lead A/V and set design for a range of events, meetings, and entertainment programs.

You will work with internal teams to define equipment specifications, draft diagrams with CAD tools, and oversee on-site production and vendor coordination. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in event production support, strong leadership and budgeting skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience in the event production or entertainment industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and internet research.
• Experience with CAD programs, specifically Vectorworks and Microsoft Visio.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers to determine equipment specifications for event designs.
• Draft room diagrams with A/V elements using CAD tools.
• Coordinate event logistics, set design, and venue research.
