NETGEAR is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer, ProAV, to support the North Central U.S. across Ohio, Michigan, and the Chicago area. The role blends customer onboarding, field engineering, pre-sales support, and industry engagement, with emphasis on AV-over-IP network design and high-impact training.

The candidate will travel up to 60% regionally and collaborate with Sales to expand NETGEAR’s ProAV presence through multi-vendor deployments and robust technical expertise.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in networking systems or AV-over-IP tech.
• Deep knowledge of ProAV networking products and multicast networking.
• Experience in field engineering and on-site troubleshooting.
• Ability to design solutions and provide technical training.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding for U.S. customers implementing ProAV switches.
• Provide on-site and remote training covering AV-over-IP design and configurations.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting for timing, multicast, and interoperability issues.
• Support sales with technical scoping, BOMs, and demonstrations.
• Develop scripts, tools, and documentation for deployments.
